Slabs Pre-cut 2"X2" for 96 pieces
We can pre-cut your slab cakes to make serving easier. Many Caterers,
Hotels and Restaurants prefer or even require cakes for larger events to aid them in
serving. Often many vendors will waive or reduce their plating charges if the cakes are
pre-cut. Immediately above, we have shown a pre-cut slab with a piece of fresh fruit
centred on each slice. We have cut the cake before icing the cake so it still presents
well for uses on buffet tables.
