Our small Chestnut Cake  has a layer of butter sponge on the bottom and then a layer of real whipped cream. It is then topped with a bed of 100% Grounded Chinese Chestnuts. This size serves 6-8. This cake can be decorated with Fresh Fruit on top as well.
